The best is the time off perks, and I would say the worst is the retirement investment.
Offered to FT employees: full medical, dental, vision plans to choose from. PTO days available, although accrual of hours was not optimal.
Flexible, able to work from home (but is dependent on manager and department), No incentives to really work any harder than what was required. Severance package was altered 2 weeks before the company that acquired CRC took over.
Health insurance is about what you would expect working in the medical field. A selection of 3 different health plans, 2 different dental plans. Paid time off is less than i was expecting.
No match on 401k. Health benefits are ok i guess
There was opportunity to work from home. There was your basic medical and dental package included for employees.
Insurance is costly for being so big / retirement plan sucks
Medical and Dental insurance offered was both reasonable and comprehensive. The vacation started at 2 weeks immediately, which was helpful.
Benefits offered work for me - competitive to other companies around here. Kaiser is great.
Over all insurance package is expensive. They do not match 401(k) contributions.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
