NO FMLA, They purposely kept the staff around 48 or less. The states must have 50 employees or more at the location. Shifty company!
The cost to me is still more than what I paid on my own.
The coverage is good, including a healthcare FSA. I'm told that with Aetna we're getting the same coverage as we did before under BCBS, but with lower co-insurance.
Very expensive with high co-pays
