    It's expensive, minimum government requirements. Dental, vision and life insurance come in a bundle, that's cheap, not sure if it's worth it.

    Very versatile options. Optional Dental coverage, Optional vision coverage. Very low cost for these options. Company contributes $150 twice per year to your HSA account if that option is selected.

    You have to work a minimum of 10 hours a week, and some weeks there is no work. The weekly fee is reasonable price.

    Too expensive, doesn't seem to cover much. Given the new laws of everyone needing insurance, it does meet this requirement
