    401k optional immediately. Very easy to enroll and easy to withdraw upon separation.

    Best: Crossmark is very understanding if you have to take a leave of absence, at least in my case when I broke my leg and couldn't drive for 2 months. Worst: The program Perks at Work advertises items that are out of my budget as an employee even with discount offers, and don't appeal to any of my wants or needs.

    Health care is only about $20 out of you paycheck but it's really not worth much. Hardly anything is covered. 401K is average

    I was part time so no benefits were offered besides the Perks at Work, which gives discounted tickets o theme parks and movies. Also discount with phone company such a Verizon.

    CrossMark does not give full time employees affordable benefits because they have their employees subsidized all benefits. Charge me 98 a week for a 6500 deductible to be met. Obama care is 35month for same package. On free market 175 for 5 times the amount of coverage. CrossMark will give you 300 on Hsa card if you go thru rigerous paperwork and medical test. You should be ashamed of yourself CrossMark.
