As far as I know, working part time is offered but I didn't wan it because I am well covered.

Crossmark offered lots of perks, full ins. 401k, travel with expense account, company car also for personal use
health insurance 401k vacation if full time
They offer health insurance, but at 100-200 dollars max a week, I'm not sure how anyone could afford it.
