The salary is very low
Vetting from the start, 5% 401k matching, 2-3 weeks PTO depending on your level, 10 paid holidays, and decent (and free!) health, vision, dental and life insurance. You can upgrade the health and life insurance for reasonable fees as well. They also have various monetary and experience awards throughout the year, and annual bonuses if you have been with the company more than 3 years.
They reduced their 401(k) matching making them no longer at the top for similar companies n the defense industry. They don't offer shares instead opting for profit sharing, which weighs heavily to upper management.
CSA has the best benefits in the industry. If the benefits don't bring you in, the culture will!
Vacation and time off, 401K matching and health benefits were all better than similar companies, however, life insurance provided by the company was less that previous employers.
Health insurance is amazing. Free medical (only pay for the deductible (which the company pays for the majority) and co-pays for non-preventative visits). Dental WITH orthodontia coverage. Vision plus typical life insurance offerings. 401k max 6% and immediate vesting.

Benefits are viewed as an important aspect of the employee experience, and the company has determined to cover all of the premium (no deductions from salary). This means that only the co-pay for visits are needed to be paid by the employee. Best package I have ever had.
