3 weeks off, and I think it might be paid.
3 weeks paternity leave, pretty awesome and very few employers offer
I'm not sure what the benefit is but I haven't heard any complaints.
Terrible. They will not advise if your short term disability is/will be approved until you are out. They will not provide you an answer up front before you leave such as a planned c-section etc. And then you have to fight with them for every bit you have and the right hand doesn't talk to the left hand in this case so the communication is none between the Disability company and Csaa. And plan on a million errors either with paycheck, insurance, taxes, etc. when you go out because it apparently takes a rocket scientist to make sure things are correct.
Maternity only and A real pain in to get approved and absolutely no pre-approval period you won't find out if your leave is approved until after your baby is born.and only the first 6 weeks is guaranteed. They will reevaluate for the additional six weeks and the end of the first 6 weeks. Last I checked the 12 weeks was a give me from Uncle Sam but what do I know.
you get diability when you are on Maternity and Paternitly leave you have to take your PTO time
