“I don'e have any complaints. it is very cost effective and wont hurt your pockets too much.”
“Typical 401k . I believe up to 6% company match ”
“AMAZING! I haven't seen such a structure at any other company. Time rolls over”
For exempt employees that recently changed from PTO (allotted number of days off) to FTO (take what you need with manager approval). Bad is people tend to work more and take less time off
Great benefits are inclusive of paid time off for volunteering and medical insurance. Company match of 401k at 6%
Good benefits best place to work for
The company had great health benefits and planning tools.
PTO just gets better and better, plus you get all of the holidays off.
Benefits were fine; health care options were decent
No 401k vesting period. 100% vested on company match starting day 1.
Ok - about on par with the industry.
The benefits package at CSAA is great and it includes: - Annual bonus - 401(k) with company matching up to 6% and a 2% cash balance retirement plan - 10 paid holidays and 24 hours of paid time off to volunteer - Tuition reimbursement program - Student loan repayment assistance - Paid short and long term disability, life, and accident insurance income protection plans - Legal assistance and identity theft protection - Dependent care and commuter accounts assistance - Free AAA Membership and exclusive employee discounts - Fitness classes on site
Poor benefits offered to employees. Incentives were given to reduce the premium but the benefits were still poor. Wouldn’t recommend the insurance package
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
