Employer matches 401 K contribution up to a certain percentage was able to roll over to new employer 401K with no issues
just average plan like everyone else's
Comes out of pay. Company has a match that it contributes to the plan.

It is great that they offer a plan and a company match. However, if you leave early (for whatever reason) you won't see that match.
They offer to match employee contributions to the 401k.
Typical 401K plan but CSC contributions have been significantly reduced and are not paid out until end of year (if one is still employed then).
