    The funds are awful, they only match 3% and that 3% is paid at the end of the year and you have to be an employee to get it

    They eliminated the pension plan and, as of this Fall, they are trying to buy out anyone who was vested in order to reduce their future obligations. The 401K plan was unremarkable.
