I left Medallia and started a new HRIS Manger role at a large healthcare organization. It’s my first week and there are several red flags: * For the next 6 weeks, I am at an overflow location completely separated from all but 2 members of my team. It is an interior office with no windows in a large office building. It is like working in a walk-in closet. * When we move, the hybrid option I was led to believe was an option will not be.
