Way too expensive for very high deductibles. Only the senior leadership can afford to sign up for the better plans since everyone else in the company rarely gets any merit increases regardless of how well they score on their annual reviews. I had two merit increases in 13 years even though I always had a high review score.
They have shifted 90 % of the cost to employees.
CSC had outsource company to take care health insurance (AON Hewitt), but a big disconnect between both. Most employees face same issue.

Plenty of options. Monthly fees seem high bit that seems to be the standard now.

Cheap Skate Corp, aka Cheat, Scam, Connive, aka CEO Smells Cash, aka Cut Staff Corp has not as yet dumped the health plan.
Good coverage but too expensive. We use my husband's insurance for affordability even though it is a much smaller company.
