Flexible vacation, great atmosphere, great opportunity for advancement, hands on training, friendly management. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to get their foot in the door in the IT industry.

Vacation policy is nice with the recent change but the rest of the package is below average.

Health insurance is awful and the 401K is even worse (the 3% match contributions to your account occur once per year). All spend on employee benefits has been reduced to the absolute minimum They even removed the official accrual for vacation so if they let you go they don't have to pay

Continuously increasing price of premiums while not providing wage increases

My medical is expensive and will not pay a cent towards anything until after I have spent $6,000. The Insurance is useless and expensive. I can't afford to use it even if I needed to.
