No Perks, 401k match is not that good.
Poor work-life balance. Vacations are VERY difficult to take. During my 2 years there, about half of my vacation was forced (company shutdown, cost savings, etc). Medical benefits are below average considering the size and age of the company.

As an International company, CSC was fairly average in the industry, but it did have Benefits in every category you would look for in a company.

CSC did away with accrued vacation this past year. Health insurance rates have sky-rocketed, while plans cover significantly less. High deducible plans are essentially the only plans available.
