Good if not great medical/dental/vision, 401k match (with vesting periods), insurance options, etc. Great base pay and bonus (commission structure).

The benefits are pretty standard. CSC Offers several providers for medical ranging from gold plans to bronze plans. MSAs are available on those high deductible plans. 401k, dental and and vision plans are standard.

CSC has a good benefits package, which includes health, dental, and life insurance, 401K, short and long term disability. In addition, they offer sick and annual leave. They have a contact center that helps employees understand their benefits, answer any questions.

The 401k offers a standard match. The Medical insurance switched to high deductible choices when can be expensive if you need to go to the doctor often. You can offset that with a self funded HSA account.

Medical insurance became more expensive each year with reduced coverages. Pension plan was terminated about 5 years ago. Vacation plans were eliminated in July, 2016.

CSC has recently changed their vacation policy to "unlimited" with restrictions, however, for the employees who previously had 4+ years, it's intimidating to request that time knowing they can't keep track of what one "use" to have. Although CSC contributes to medical benefits, the packages offered seem to be quite costly but that may be the norm.
