Unlimited vacations and separate sick time
Unlimited Vacation for Salaried employees and 4-6 weeks for hourly employees depending on years of service. Our OSC hourly employees receive 164 hours and they go all the way up to 284 hours depending on years of service, this number replenishes every year. As well as sick time (they keep it separate so to encourage you to not use vacation time for sick time), which replenishes every year.
Flex time, so you can take off all the time you want.
Unlimited vacation plan. But there's a chance you're laid off after 2 weeks or will get laid off in 1-2 months after coming back as the new process will not have any documentation and the work that was being performed will be completely changed

4 weeks after 10 years, including another 40 hours sick pay, which can be carried over YOY. Vacation must be used or it's lost.
