Great overall benefits, top of the line Healthcare plan.
They give you 5 personal days a year. They do not roll over. They only let take a personal day when you call out sick. If you don't - you have to use a vacation day.
The profit sharing is great. However, you get very little information about it, and it gets zeroed out after about a year past your separation.
There is no benefit package, most teachers are part time and not eligible for this.
They take a lot of your paycheck for insurance that doesn't even have good coverage.

Health and dental insurance are decent and come from major, widely-accepted providers. Life insurance and 401K are available after one year of employment. Optional vision insurance and supplemental life insurance are also offered. Paid vacation time and sick days are reasonable.
