Good benefits package to choose from
Insurance is okay, used to be amazing. If in network you pay $700 deductible as family and max out of pocket of $4000.

There was a time when the benefits was the best hands down but over the years corporate greed and investor return have become a centralized focus. There has to be a balanced tandem to create positive synergy within the employee ranks and the investors.
Reasonable health insurance options, decent HSA provider, and a solid 401(k).
