Health Care is amazing. Union Vacation time is low.
Provides some excellent health insurance, has a 401k match up to 4%, engineer yearly bonus up to 12% of income taxable .
Greats benefits if one is in a management position. Non- management positions have excellent benefits as well.
The health insurance is great, but the retirement is even better. Recently, paternity leave was added as a benefit of CSX.

There is nothing wrong with the benefits at CSX. They are probably some of the best in the country. Great!
