CTS really cares about its employees and it is apparent by the benefits they offer! You start out with 4 weeks of PTO as a new hire. They bring offer free lunches and breakfast, soda and coffee. If we work long hours my manager gives me an extra $100 a week and the ability to expense meals or lawn care which makes my spouse happy. One of the best perks is getting 40 hours of Community Service to spend serving the way I see fit and is important to me.
Time off was very fair as well as flexibility about personal issues. Health insurance was a bit expensive but still sat around average

There are many different options to choose from and different plan types.
401k contributions are very nice. I prefer BCBS to the current health care insurance. There are other benefits such as the employee assistance program and TeleDoc which are very helpful. Overall I am happy with the benefits offered.
There is really nothing bad to say about the benefits. They are adequate, and yet, the feel largely like they meet the minimum for the professional experience. Excellent overall.
