Competitive given size of company and locations. 401k matching, financial planning assistance, FSA, and reasonable medical plan options offer flexibility.
Best thing: PPO health ins options. Worst: They are self-insured (pay employee health ins benefits), but set up an advocacy group for sleight of hand. The group does not act on the employee's best interest.
Too expensive. Not enough coverage
Health insurance is pricey and almost worthless due to being Blue Cross Blue Shield high deductible plans, but the prescription drug coverage is good. 401k through Vanguard is great, and they'll match contributions up to a certain percentage.
The loss of the pension plan is the worst aspect of CTS benefits. It would be nice to have better option for medical.
Pros: they offer benefits Cons: you need a second job to pay for them
Health care is expensive, 401k is average
