Excellent organization with great benefits
Having an HSA can be a big benefit if you and your family are healthy. A great benefit. Overall health care costs are in line with other similarly sized companies.
CUNA Mutual's benefits are good - nice 401k match, ID security coverage, life ins, pet insurance, etc. The less fabulous part is ability to get beyond 3 wks of vacation - they won't in most cases negotiate on vacation at hiring and it takes 8 yrs to get to your 4th week.

On site clinic is very handy and having an HSA option is a huge tax advantage. Cost and coverage of the healthcare plan is average
CMG has benefits that are middle of the road. Our healthcare benefits are not great - high deductible and onsite clinic is good for a head cold at best.
