The amount of time they offer is pretty good - 3 weeks PTO, 4 floating holidays, and paid holidays are still a thing. The strict attendance policy, however, means you aren't allowed to get sick at the last minute (because we can all plan when we get sick, right?) because you will be given high marks on your attendance. Sure, there is a way to get those taken down...if you go to the doctor, pay the $100 fee to see the doctor because remember you have a $4,000 deductible and then fill out literally 30-40 pages requesting it be recognized as sick leave. And they'll most likely lose the paperwork at least once before finally acknowledging it...four months later, after you've already lost out on getting a bonus because bonuses are tied to attendance.
