decent 401k match but not good investment options, health insurance is terrible and incredibly expensive. Since Bass Pro took over benefits have gotten worse, won't even pay for flu shots anymore

Any Cabela’s or Bass Pro , 15% off all other products (products are 45% off (guns, ammo, marina, and electronics not included) Part time employees are eligible for dental, and vision insurance after 60 days. Health is available for full time outfitters. No vacation time for pt employees. FT outfitters do get vacation time.
Benefits were average. There was a tiered discount at Cabela's based on your years of service. This was the best benefit but went away when Bass Pro purchased them.
Total Compensation = Terrible I would not recommend anyone to associate with this company for innumerable reasons.

You get 15% off and brand that isn't Cabela's and Cabela's you get 40% off. After a year you get paid vacation. You do get holiday pay.
employee discounts and vacation time are good. you get a number of personal days and sick days but don't call in on weekends i'm only part-time so i don't get any other coverage.
