Based on time there. Two weeks after you are there a year. They have black out dates for use.
It's offered. Pretty standard
You don't get any your first year, then you get 2 weeks if you are full time. It goes up over the years but turns into use it or lose it after a while.
You accrued PTO hours for every certain number of hours that you worked and they rolled over so you could save them up. They also provided 3 personal days (without pay) every month which was nice.

Ridiculous for exempts - Cabela's "culture" coddles it's exempt staff and gives unlimited time off
Vacation=yes. Sick days=better not get sick. While having the flu, I had to use "personal days" but you don't get paid for them. Three personals in a year. Many vacation days are "blacked out" during deer season and holidays. So this greatly limits times you can take off for vacation.
