It was better when I was trained. ow they make the new employees thake an online training course. 2 days on triaining and then taking live calls does not seem the training is enough .
Most training had switched to virtual, online training. Yet, many employees would still benefit from on-hands, classroom style training. It started to feel impersonal.

Never used, but seems just to technicians.
On the job training cannot be done due to call flow but emergencies are always attempted
