It was a good price and good benefits
Health benefits are quire good under Altice, although coverages, contributions and out-of-pocket expenses got worse towards the end. Not sure if that was Altice or the ACA. The benefits were still better than a lot of companies out there.
Benefits were goo, 401K match. Paid vacation, sick, personal.
Best everyone gets 2 weeks salary bonus worst long vetsing period for 401k
For employees making under a certain salary they pay more towards the benefits which was a plus for me. That was when the company was Cablevision.
New owner medical benefits costs lot more less sick time out of pocket costs is higher the deductible per person is higher
Excellent benefits package, perks, etc. Benefits also included free residential cable & internet.
The best thing about the benefits package is that there was a benefits package. I must say although certain intensives and benefits were eliminated after a time, was grateful to have them in the first place.
company $ match on 401k up to "X" %...varies
Currently the 401k is pretty standard. However, the other benefits are pretty sweet. The health insurance in incomparable to many city employees. Company perks meaning free cable is an extra 200 bucks of income. Vacation is pretty standard it's earned as you earn time with the company, No more than 2 weeks of vacation can be carried over into any year. Fmla and workers comp IS TRASH. You will be drilled like a criminal if you request time. Be ware. NEVER GET HURT, they will not be held accountable highly paid insurance teams will make sure of that.
