Start with 4 weeks PTO and will be 5 weeks after five years service.
401k is very generous considering safe harbor + 5% company match. Paid time benefit also excellent, includes newly implemented paternity leave of 12 weeks (same as maternity).

Overall a comprehensive package but medical cost share gets more unfavorable every year.
