Worst thing--they can rank you and sing your praises, but the evaluations that COUNT, those divisible by 5, the reviewers will find a way to make sure that you rank low on the totem pole, so that they can dock your pay by 20%. They do NOT average your scores, they only take every 5th one, and based on that, they can cut your pay. And also be forewarned that since they are not native speakers, their reviews leave a lot to be desired.
Editors who meet certain standards receive a 20 percent bonus on each assignment, which definitely adds up. It has allowed me to make well over an extra 500 dollars per month.
