Fully remote company, flexible working hours, Supportive managers
401k match of 3% is a bit low, but the insurance coverage is really great. There is no waiting for your HSA to vest, it's fully funded from day 1 and is more generous than any of my previous employers.
The flexibility is the best part of this company.
Apart from the opportunity to work from home, there no other benefits. You get payment as per the work you do.
There is no benefits package.
Great if you are living in India, you can see from their website and photos that they have a grand old time feeling good about putting down native English speaking editors. Nothing for anyone who does not work there in person.
As a freelancer, I do not get benefits, but the compensation is more than enough to obtain my own.
no benefits at all at cactus
There is no benefits package
This was a freelance position so there were not benefits offered. There was a potential for a bonus at the end of the month if your average internal quality rating was above a certain number, but they made that difficult to obtain.
