This long-term savings and investment program allows you to set aside 1% to 100% of your eligible earnings (up to the IRS maximum) on a pre-tax and/or Roth 401(k) after-tax basis and invest in a broad array of funds. Each pay period, Cadence matches $0.50 for every dollar you contribute up to 6% of your eligible earnings.
