Choice of provider options - United Heathcare and Kaiser are some of the top choices. Also there is a range of program options with healthy employer contributions
Cadence has a flexible vacation policy. This could be both good and bad. Having unlimited vacaction time allows for longer time off but you may feel bad when using it.
401k has 100% match up to 3%. Health insurance benefits are great if you are in CA, good elsewhere. Company and employee split cost 50/50, not bad IMO although expensive. But that's life nowadays. Generally, I consider the benefits to be solid. Other might complain that they are not exorbitant like the FAANG and FAANG-like companies. IMO, those people are young whiners that want benefits like the US federal government. It is simply unreasonable for a company to remain competitive and guarantee those kinds of benefits long-term for thousands or 10s of thousands employees. So, in short, solid benefits and lots of flexibility, depending on the manager and the employee's position (as usual).
Company offers good 401k, dental and vision plans are good. Medical plan is stable and employee portion is not increased much over years. Good vacation plans
