4 Weeks Vacation, 20+ company perks, 401 (k) with Match, Annual Bonus, Full medical, dental, and vision!
Good 401(k) matching, PTO and health insurance
Great benefits, awesome vacation, but minimal bonuses.
Switched to Aetna from Blue Cross Blue Shield. Aetna not as good. However coverage is still acceptable.
The benefits they offer are top notch
Not too generous at shelling out bucks for employees, but you get paid on time, which I think is most important.
Benefits were fantastic! There were a lot of company events, family outings, great insurance coverage, discounts to events/entertainment around town, and a lot of PTO. The only complaint was the insurance premiums were higher at CJ than other places I worked.
The benefits package at Cadillac Jack is very much above the average, in my experiences. They are currently matching 100% on up to 3% of your pay on the 401k plan. They have been very adamant about controlling the costs of medical and dental benefits which includes good medical and dental coverage. They also have an HSA option but I don't participate so I can't comment on the "quality" of the program but they all seem pretty standard. The vacation time and sick time are combined to PTO and they are very generous with the time the offer new employees as well as the old-timers. From day one, you feel like they respect your employment by giving you the time they do to get well or to relax and enjoy your family and friends.
A lot of pto, great insurance
You get your yearly PTO (or prorated portion) upfront upon being hired. You only get to keep a week of your PTO when the calendar year rolls over, other accrued PTO time is lost if it isn't used. There appears to be only one real insurance option but it is decent, all together with dental, vision, and medical I pay less than $100 per month, and many common procedures have a waived deductible. Unlike my last career, the vision insurance doesn't reset every year, but instead it resets every 2 years. As far as working from home, it isn't common but with certain scenarios it is allowed up to once a week depending on your department. I have never seen an apprenticeship or internship position here.
