Cadmus is an employee-owned company, so employees earn vested shares in the company. They also match up to 3% of your salary allocation to 401(k) plan.
expensive and not worth the cost of the insurance benefits.
No PTO (hours have to be made up) Healthcare decreases yearly Have to stay for 5 years to be vested for 401k match No bonuses One week of maternity/paternity leave
Solid benefits, a great deal to take advantage of.
3% 401k match Hours worked over 160/month can be used as PTO time during the month Great health insurance Covers public transportation Professional development benefit of $300/year Tuition reimbursement of $5000/year
Good reimbursement of health care costs but horrible health plan administrator.
Great benefits, 401k match.
Cadmus does a good job with employee benefits! 401k match, ESOP, health/dental
The health care plan is very very good. The 401k is ok, the ESOP is nice. The holidays and paid vacation seems adequate, but it is tough to find time to use the time off!
401k match for .50 on the dollar up to 6%. Fancy way of saying they match 3%. That's pretty low in my opinion. Profit sharing after being there awhile, last year's return was a whopping 1%. Health Insurance is pushed as a great plan but really it's average at best, deductible, 80/20 or 100% covered plan, monthly premiums are high for either. $300/yr professional development subsidy for any class/sport/gym fees you desire which is nice. They cover cost of monthly public transportation costs as well. 10 holidays off a year with paid vacation.
