This is a basic Benefit package, which the major holidays are paid time off
They give you a fair amount of PTO.
Two weeks of PTO after a year. It's insane. If you're union then it's based off your union benefits.
great that starts at an accelerated rate after probation period. not so good that paid time off is not approved in order receieved but local management tends to play favorites.
You get 80 hours after your first months and have 6 months to use them or lose them. Because the gaming industry is 24/7/365, you have to use your PTO hours for federal holidays and Christmas/New Years. Also, hourly employees do not get sick days. If you want to call in sick, you either take a point against your performance (you get 12 for the year) or you use PTO hours. Only seniors and those in management get sick days. When your one year comes, you get 150 hours of PTO.
I was not eligible as a part time employee.
You get paid time off, but the rate at which you accrue it is slow. Also, you cannot take PTO during holidays or "high volume dates".
Decent, rolls over. Some departments are hard to get time off and majority you have to work the holidays you would rather have with your family. If it's high business volume you can forget time off.
A lot of opportunities to have extra PTO
