You get 18 paid days off per year!
If you take a PTO the day before you need it you can sometimes have pay missing in your check.
Only downfall is that you can't roll over your vacation hours.
If you decide to work here for more than 1 year this is really good paid time off plan for you. also as part-time you have plenty of flexible time to do your own things.
There program was perfect and easy to use you just turn in what days and how much time you wanted to use and they handled the rest. and other than obvious black out dates during extremely important events you could use your time at anytime when ever you wanted
Began earning PTO immediately, it adds up quickly if you are full time and there is seldom any issues using it as long as advance notice is given. Can only cash out 40 hours by years end though.
It's essentially worthless as desired days are unavailable. What good is the time off it can't be used when desired? Cash out option removed, so can't get desired time off, or cash. Can't staff the place properly but have had 22 years to get it right.
Average PTO, all major holidays (Corporate). You do have to use your PTO for the holiday pay but they do have them off.
