    You get vacation but it's not like you get to use it. Oh and you can't sell it back lost 24 hrs last years and 96 this year because they would not approve vacation

    We do not get sick days. If you call in sick, you have to use vacation time

    3.5 weeks (18 days) paid time off a year is great, however, actually being able to take the time when desired could be improved.

    Getting your PTO denied was a regular occurrence here that it became a joke. They were short staffed that getting decent days off (weekends, etc) were not an option. You might be able to get a random Tues or Wed off.
