They even make your work on Saturday a lot for some overseas meeting also with a lot of company dinner/drinking. Pretty typical Korean style with the strict hierarchy.

Can only get benefits when you are working, and only 30% off. They took it down from 50% at all times to 50% when working to 30% when working.

There is no benefits for part-time workers except for some discounts on food.

There were no real benefits. I was only allotted 7 days of vacation, that I was not actually able to take nor was I compensated for.
