Annual meeting to sunny location
As a small company, Caiman has a pretty competitive benefits package. They have comprehensive medical/dental/vision plans (not as great as the big 5 firms' packages but excellent for a small firm), 401K/Roth 401k (no company % contribution at this time, but flexible benefit dollars that can be applied), family leave, Short-term and long-term disability, cell phone bill reimbursement, health savings and family savings accounts, competitive pay and bonuses, and no limit on PTO (other than being mindful to your client work). One of their unique benefits is a company paid annual meeting trip to an exotic location.
Caiman offers great pay, choice between an annual salary or share of revenue.
BEST: They offer quality health insurance with a generous contribution. WORST: The 401k fund offers 0 employer contribution.
Unlimited time off, as long as you negotiate it with your client.
No benefits for contractors (no surprise), but bare-bones benefits package not worth the lower pay for switching to FTE.
Caiman is very generous with benefits. They have health, vision, and dental for the consultants. They also provide long term disability and computers for full time (W2) employees. Their healthcare insurance plan is wonderful. We barely had to pay anything.
Caiman has a competitive benefits package for like-sized consulting companies, if not better. That said, I wish it was a little less expensive.
