100% employee paid health insurance. Adding family is extra and very competitive.
Health insurance and PTO are great. The compensation isn't the highest but they will take you in very green and develop all of the skills that you need. The 401k is adequate but doesn't kick in until 2 years.
Good benefits from a small company but they are a bit on the expensive side..
Benefits are great! CalTech offers multiple health plans, dental insurance, access to a telehealth consultation service, other voluntary health coverage options, a retirement plan with employer match, monthly family gym membership reimbursement, vehicle rental discounts, equipment upgrades every 3 years, an annual all-expenses paid employee party, technical certifications paid for, and ample paid time off. Other perks that happen regularly include onsite flu shot clinics, monthly informational seminars with lunch provided, and various other family parties and events. On top of all of this, CalTech recently launched a Bigger Purpose program where employees will have the opportunity to do volunteer work on company time.
