401k matching, time off, decent health and dental insurance
Great 401K, revamped pension(really a 401K contribution now), time off, family and parental leave and adoption benefits. Issue is getting this information or any requests from Human Resource department. They are non responsive

There is a pension plan and a good discount on shoes. The PTO policy and work from home policy sucks.
Benefits are pretty standard compared to what other organizations offer - 401K match, PTO based on time with the company, health care options, $5000 tuition assistance, etc. You receive a 30% discount at all brands owned by Caleres (minus Allen Edmonds). There was a pension plan but it was discontinued in early 2018 so new and employees who weren't vested no longer receive it which, while not unexpected, is disappointing since raises are small (1-2% per year).
The company has great benefits including a shoe allowance and discounts.
