The insurance and benefits are expensive, which is challenging when the job is 100% commission based and you don't know how much money you are actually going to take home each month. During my time there they did institute a 401K plan
Health Benefits are great considering the current state of the health care industry.
Two weeks paid vacation Half paid medical, dental and vision Paid holidays
the benefits program is through Florida Blue.
best offered healthcare and 401k worst the cost of benefits
Health Insurance is expensive. Commission only, no paid vacation or sick leave
A 401k, health, dental and discount on product would be helpful and might be offered at some franchises but it's not a standard offering
I never applied for benefits. After researching the package they offer, I found they were way too expensive for the salary I was making.
Health insurance, 401k, paid vacation after one full year of employment, sick days, holidays off. Good benefits package for each employee
As a designer, as long as you are meeting quotas the management is pretty flexible about you taking time off in shorter spurts (long weekends, etc.). Anything longer (1 week+) must go through management but they are still pretty flexible if you can still keep your sales up. Because our schedules are so flexible, things like sick days are usually pretty easy to accommodate, and the upper management really cares about their employees. Lunch is provided at company meetings which is really nice and they've done everything they can to give us the best possible benefits.
