this discount was able to get fifty percent off meals which was great. most restaurants offer that benefit.
The employee disncount is pretty great because you get 50% off food when you are working and 20% if you come in on your day off.
It used to be $1 meals, they've since bumped it up to 1/2 menu price.
50% on side dishes and kid meals very nice
I don't recall the discount be more than 50% but compared to a lot of places that's a great discount. No free meals are offered after the interview process unless you pick up a shift or something.
All managers are part of the Management Dine-Out program and it's an awesome perk
It was okay. It only qualified on days that you were working.
Use to be $1 for hosts, then they changed it to 50% off until your third year hired. THEN they changed it to 50% off your meal regardless. Prices always raises as the minimum wage does, which defeats the purpose of minimum wage increasing. Can't even use our to-go boxes to take home food. Have to eat it at restaurant.
Employee discount was nice. If you worked a double you would get a free meal for the day. Or if you worked one shift they would give you 50% off. As a Server Trainer I would also receive even more and get a free meal every day regardless if it was a double or a single shift. So it definitely pays to go through the training program to become a trainer and you can also receive hourly pay for doing the training sessions as well.
Employee discount is 50% while working and 20% off duty. Very agreeable.
