The benefits were solid. I was able to get tuition remission One of the few jobs left with a pension.
Got to attend events for free
Great to be able to do what you enjoy while also having the support from the university.
Vacation days start with two weeks, until you hit a certain number of years of work. Not the best with time off. No bonuses and barely any. OST of living increases.
