Calix had a nice benefits package with health, dental, vision and 401K. The insurance package had good coverage for individual and dependents. Could've had more vacation time.
Standard Benefits, Work from home, Phone Bill and Internet Bill reiumbursement
Good health plan. No bonuses, all promises but the scheme is set up so that most people dont get a bonus. No RSU unless you are executives. Sales team always meet or exceeds bonuses so great if you are in sales.
They offer several options of Medical including Cigna - HRA, HSA, Kaiser.. 2-3 options per provider. High deductible.
Worst: No more stock options for most employees Best: ESPP plan

401K is not particularly good. The health and dental benefits are adequate. Stock purchase plan is not a good investment at this time.
