We provide employer paid health options to our employees and their dependents. With the increasing cost of health insurance CallFire, Inc will continue to offer employees coverage at no cost and will also pay 50% of the dependent premium. We have partnered with Cigna who has one the of largest nationwide networks when it comes to healthcare and wellness iniatives.
Cigna is the carrier for CallFire. They are widely accepted as a provider in Los Angeles, however, they are dismally behind the technology curve. It is like nothing has changed since 1985 within their organization.
One of the best plans ive seen for a company under 200 employees. I would recommend working here for this benefit along. They spend a lot more for the care of employees on this end than any other company in their space.
Really good health insurance options, anything from a FSA option to an in network PPO that really gives the best of both worlds of HMO and PPO. Premiums are paid fully for employee and 50% for spouse / family by the company.
