For standard benefits: HMO, PPO, and HSA options for health. HMO and PPO for dental. Vision. Lifestyle benefits: too many to recall. Paid parking or public transportation, subsidized gym membership, subsidized career-related education, plenty of time off (vacation, sick, floating holidays), very work from home friendly, company social events, catered lunch once a week, various one-time perks throughout the year. They seem to making a commitment to wellness activities and awareness in 2018. Downsides: they currently do not match 401k contributions.
I actually reviewed every benefit offered. It admirable and other small or medium sized companies should follow suit. 100% of the medical, dental, vision, life are covered, they also cover 50% of dependents. The coverage itself is fantastic with low co-pays and out of pocket costs.
Great vacation, paid time off, sick leave, and flexible hours but no matching 401k yet. Also, letting so many people work from home is a little bit of a joke.
