In Seattle, Senior Staff start with 3 weeks vacation (generous!) and 9 days sick pay (which is mandated by the city), plus 10 paid holidays. You earn more vacation time for every additional year, which is capped and can be paid out if you don’t use enough
Paid Time off is competitive compared with other companies. Also depends on the amount of years with the company
PTO is one of the best part of benefit, pretty generous including sick days. This makes a great work/life balance.
The vacation benefit was good starting at 3 weeks and capping at 5. The benefit had to be used in the fiscal year there was no rollover.
Good time off plus sick leaves with seniority
It is good if you make it past the 5 year mark
15 days and can carry over
You have to work for over ten years to get more than 20 days PTO.
PTO accrual is limited at first but increases over the years.
