401K Plan is good if you are with the company for 3 years.
great reimbursement for shoes and bike for work. had a bonus for buying a Prius. solid metro benefits
The 401K match through the parent company was very good. An employee could earn up to nine percent of their contribution.
It was great in the beginning, but recent changes made a "rich" package less attractive and more expensive to associates.
401K is good the company matches your investment, vacation time just starting is like everyone else's, they have a benefit of paying a good percentage of your parking or your subway cost.
Had great work life balance for associates.
Paid volunteer time, commuting benefits are good. Health insurance is not great, but seems like its been getting worse all over, so it might not be bad compared to other places.
Basic benefits, below average health care options. Few family friendly policies.
The best things about the benefit package were the 401k plan, athletic/health club membership subsidy, dental and vision coverage, vacation hours, and the transportation subsidy.
The company continues to reduce overall benefits. Although it does offer good benefits for expecting mothers. As a single guy who rarely needs to see a doctor I end up paying plenty for minimal benefits due to a very high deductible.
