Very good 401k match, new and improved PTO structure, relatively affordable and good medical plan, company paid life insurance and other standard benefits except for dental.
No dental. ZERO carry-over hours with PTO - yet it is accrued... so you have no choice but to schedule vacations at the end of the year! Inequitable benefits - directors and above get unlimited PTO (everyone else is based on years of service - up to 3 weeks). There is an onsite workout center - but they actually CHARGE employees $20/mo if they want to use it!
They do not offer dental insurance.

They give you retirement benefits as a part time employee, but the health benefits for FT employees are shit....no gym reimbursement, no dental......just goes to show how little this company values their people.
Medical is decent, but no dental and the premiums are pretty high considering it's average coverage. 401K and Vacation time offered are pretty standard.
I have independent health care and it's great. The worst benefit is time off.
Comprehensive, profit sharing, and medical are good. Would be better if they offered a dental plan
