    Poor benefits package, the firm does not provide child care accounts and only 10 hours of emergency childcare at Bright Horizons. The 401K Plan is poor, 50% match up to 3%. Expensive health plan premiums.

    Cambridge offered a competitive benefits package. In my personal experience, I found both Management and HR to be particularly helpful and understanding when it came to bereavement time off.
